SAQIB MINHAS (EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)

Mr. Saqib Minhas offers an exuberant flare and youthful energy to the management mix of the company.
Responsibilities Include: Being the most senior of the team leaders, Mr. Saqib Minhas strategically looks after the all operational affairs of UHRS. His passion for business and dynamism is making UHRS customers extremely relied on his services.
Experience: Having over several years of professional experience working in the fields of administration, HR, event management, fund raising, and call centre management, has enabled him to polish his managerial and interpersonal skills. He has previously worked for Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital, Pakistan Red Crescent Society and Sana-Tech Call Centre.
Educational Background Mr. Saqib Minhas holds a Masters in Business Administration degree with a specialization in HR, from COMSATS Institute of Technology Islamabad.
Accomplishments: His many accomplishments include being recognized as an Industry Leader in flexible, innovative and highly successful Integrated HR Outsourcing firm in the company, serving a diversified and extremely dynamic clientele'.

Responsibilities Include: Being head of Quality assurance and New Contracts in UHRS, she is managing all related operations with her team of experts..
Experience: She is a professional with over a decade of corporate experience. Completed her education from Comsats Institute of Information Technology in Bio Chemistry. .
NAVEED SADIQ DURRANI

MANAGER OPERATIONS & LEGAL AFFAIRS

Mr. Naveed Durrani is a veteran team member of UHRS management.
Responsibilities Include: Mr. Durrani looks after payroll processing, head hunting and recruitment of internal and outsourced employees, new project developments, back end processing, documentation and implementation and other legal affairs.
Experience: He has over 21 years of experience in administrative and legal affairs while working for some of the biggest corporate houses of Pakistan. His prime area of expertise is Staff Management & Development, Complex Business & Tax issues, Labour matters and Industrial Relations.
SHEIKH MUHAMMAD QADEER

MANAGER KEY ACCOUNTS & QUALITY CONTROL

As Key Accounts Manager & Quality Control, Mr. Qadeer acts an interface between UHRS and a vast and dynamic customer profile.
Responsibilities Include: He is responsible for integrating the services mix of UHRS with customer needs while also taking into consideration the company's operational objectives with customers' business plans. He is also responsible for overall Process Solution development and special Initiatives taken by UHRS.
Experience: Earlier, Mr. Muhammad Qadeer has been associated with companies like Pepsi Cola International and later with Coca Cola Pakistan. He has been instrumental in generating incremental corporate sales for his employers and bringing onboard a number of large customers.
MUHAMMAD YAQOOB MOHSIN

ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Mr. Yaqoob Mohsin works for UHRS as Accounts Manager.
Responsibilities Include: His key responsibilities are to provide qualitative inputs and direction to the strategic management by keeping a proactive insight into the accounting and financial functions. He is also responsible for ensuring company's financial resources are effectively utilized to achieve long and short term business objectives.
Experience: He possesses over 30 years of diversified exposure in the field of Accounting, Treasury, Financial Operations and Tax issues. Before joining Mr. Yaqoob has served in Military Accounts, based in Rawalpindi, while holding key positions in different sections.
